They say the reward for good work is more work, and someone clearly thinks I've been doing enough good work to give me more of it.
Ghost Star's focus will be on long-range fire support (both direct and indirect) and on coordination and cooperation with teams in CW play. We'll bring our doctrine of precision devastation when it's beneficial and train to integrate with close-support teams when that's called for. We will be mobile, flexible, and deadly.
If you want to hang back and avoid getting shot, if you want to deal damage to the enemy with no risk of taking it in return, if you want to operate independently of the greater command structure... this is not the star for you. Our fire-support tactics will be integrated with the team in order to bring the greatest benefit to the group and the greatest harm to the enemy.
And since we're in Alpha Trinary, you know we'll work hard to be the best.
Applicants will be expected to have (or be able to acquire) a variety of chassis available to play in CW; to reserve some play time for training; to provide information on drop deck construction (and coordinate builds); to stay up-to-date with team communications (Slack and the forums); and to work to educate themselves regarding mechanics and tactics. If that isn't fun for you, this is not the star for you.
Anyone of any experience level will be considered (subject to the guidelines above); I don't expect you to be great. I just expect you to be interested in improving your game at every opportunity.
