The Summoner has easily become one of my favorite mechs. The mobility, structure, and addition of Torso energy mounts has really brought this mech back from the dead. That being said this mech is easily better using TWO torso energy hard points rather then the one per mech. I personally use only one energy Torso hardpoint per mech as I enjoying playing three in faction play.
I will say this mech is probably not worth it if you do not have the hero mech or Loyalty variants. I will add Not Loyalty Variant builds at the very end, but the mech will be found lacking.
The armor values are place holders, place what you think is comfortable. I would recommend no more then 6-8 back armor.

The Meta Build, Honestly it's easily the best build by far, That being said if you want to use multiple summoners you really handicap the rest since you only have 1 of each torso.

Really Close to the PPC build, But the reality is that PPC's are just better. You could also strip the arms for a TCOMP or extra ton of ammo.

Gauss/laser Vomit, Imo the best non ppc build.

Uac10/laser Vomit instead of the guass, The gauss is easily crit which can be super frustrating since 100% crt raiting will easily lead to you losing 75% of your mech. Especially in Chaotic FP. The guass is still superior IMO

Again if you want to use multiple summoners it's not worth it to strip BOTH energy torso's But it's obviously the best way to get the most out of the mech.
Below when I get more Time I will post builds for summoners WITHOUT the loyalty variants/hero.

Honorable mentions

6Med pulse, standard Med pulse brawler, faster and more mobile then the hellbringer, But sadly no ecm. Still a top preformer.

Non Loyalty/hero mech builds

ERppc summoner, You basically have to poptart to get use out of this mech. That being said it's decent. The Summoner can jump pretty high, but the low mounts and easily destroyed arms really hurt it.

Gauss ppc, pretty standard but the low ppc mount hurts it.

gauss laser vomit, Decent but again the lack of enery hard points mean a much weaker alpha. The knuckle dragging arms are offset by the jumps but still hurt it.

Streaks, Honestly it's really lacking considering the Crow does this better in every way at 15 tons less. But it can do it.
All and all I really don't like the summoner without the torso hard points, It may not seem like alot but it can really make a world of difference in the right pilots hand.
